Yes! We offer discounted hotel room rates at each of our conference host hotels. Please see the hotel page for more information.
Yes! You will be asked to register for one of the conferences. You will then be eligible to attend sessions for all of the other conferences that are a part of the Summit (on a space-available basis).
AccuTrain offers a $100 discount to the Summit for full-time students who are not currently employed at a school. Email pd@accutrain.com for information on how to obtain the discount (copy of current student ID required).

AccuTrain’s Developmental ResourcesDivision is an approved provider for Continuing Education by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC #5602) Developmental Resources is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP™) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. AccuTrain is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.
NOTE: 27 possible contact hours nay be earned — including attendance at all four pre-conference sessions as well as the entire conference. Check with your board or organization concerning its policy with regard to continuing education.
We do not offer a one-day or two-day partial registration fee. However you may register for individual pre-conference sessions for $85 per session. Email pd@accutrain.com to register.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND
If you cannot attend the event on the scheduled date, or if the event is postponed for any reason, you may send a substitute, transfer to a different event or request a Voucher for a future event. Substitutions should be made in writing (please email pd@accutrain.com) and are welcome until the day of the event. Vouchers are valid for up to three years for future AccuTrain events and may be transferred to a colleague.
Any registrant unable to attend the Summit has the option to send a substitute, transfer to another AccuTrain Event, or receive a 3-year Summit Voucher.
The 3-year Voucher is transferrable to another attendee and may be applied at face value toward a future event or to access eLearning via our AccuTrain Connect platform.
Should you be unable to attend, please email us atpd@accutrain.com – at least one week prior to the event – and let us know whether you wish to substitute another attendee, transfer to a different event or receive a Voucher.
