Please Note: Pre-Conference Sessions for the Innovative Schools Summit Orlando will be held Thursday, March 12th and the morning of Friday, March 13th. The main Summit will begin on March 13th at 12:00 pm ET.

Prices shown are per person. Volume discounts appear in cart. A $7 service fee will be charged per registrant. Contact hour totals are dependent upon how many sessions are attended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Many attendees choose to register with a credit card.  If you are using a Purchase Order from your school or district, please upload that when you register (email us if a quote is needed to generate the PO).  Payment terms are Net 30 from the date of the invoice.  If paying by check (without a PO), please contact our office at pd@accutrain.com or call 888-202-3697 to facilitate the process.

Yes! We offer discounted hotel room rates at each of our conference host hotels. Please see individual conference webpage for more information.

Yes! By registering for an individual conference you are eligible to attend all other conferences that are a part of the Summit at that location (on a space available basis).

At this time, AccuTrain Corp. is unable to offer student discounts or scholarships for this three-day event.

Please consider the following other avenues for possible funding:

Light refreshments are available each day before the morning plenary session. Lunch is on your own each day.

We issue Certificates of Completion based on Contact Hours (reflecting actual hours of attendance). Because Continuing Education requirements vary throughout North America by Profession/Jurisdiction, we always suggest that you contact your local Board or Governing Agency as to their acceptance/conversion to local standards.

    • AccuTrain is an approved provider for Continuing Education by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC #5602).  AccuTrain is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP™) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. AccuTrain is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.
    • Approved Texas CPE Provider

In-person attendees of the Orlando Summit are eligible to earn up to 21 contact hours. 

In-person attendees of the Las Vegas Summit are eligible to earn up to 26 contact hours. (Virtual attendees are eligible to earn up to 14 contact hours.)

In-person attendees of the San Antonio Summit are eligible to earn up to 21 contact hours. 

In-person attendees of the New York Summit are eligible to earn up to 21 contact hours. 

In-person attendees of the Nashville Summit are eligible to earn up to 26 contact hours. (Virtual attendees are eligible to earn up to 14 contact hours.)

We do not currently offer a one-day or two-day partial registration fee.

If you cannot attend the event, you may send a substitute, transfer to a different event or request a Summit Voucher — sorry no refunds.  Substitutions, transfers or Voucher requests should be made in writing. Vouchers (for paid registrations) are transferable to another colleague and are valid for three years.  They may be redeemed for any AccuTrain offering — including future Summits, AccuEd Connect eLearning or YouthLight resources.

Should you be unable to attend, please email us at pd@accutrain.com – at least one week prior to the event – and let us know whether you wish to substitute another attendee, transfer to a different event or receive a Voucher.
